As a Shift Manager, you will meet all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will work various shifts, including breakfast, evenings, and overnights (if operating 24 hours), to gain experience in all aspects of the business. Once training is completed, the rate of pay will increase to £13.00.
