Job summary

Scott & Co, part of Marston Holdings, in Dundee, seeks a Trainee Sheriff Officer to assist in duties, handle real-time service updates, and verify documents. You will gain a professional qualification through full training, with a 37.5 hour work week, Monday to Friday, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• SCQF Level 4 or equivalent.
• Excellent ability to communicate.
• Clear focus on quality and accuracy.
• Positive outlook and with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sheriff Officer in the execution of their duties.
• Processing service updates, reports and fees in real time via Optimise Tablet platform.
• Checking documents for accuracy, corroborating facts and dialogue obtained during customer interactions.
• On-road training from experienced Sheriff Officer.
• Weekly Training sessions delivered by Training & Development Manager.
• Homework assignments.
• Regular progress assessments.
