Qualifications

• SCQF Level 4 or equivalent.
• Excellent ability to communicate.
• Clear focus on quality and accuracy.

• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sheriff Officer in the execution of their duties.
• Processing service updates, reports and fees in real time via Optimise Tablet platform.
• Checking documents for accuracy and corroborating facts from customer interactions.
• On road training from experienced Sheriff Officer.
• Weekly Training sessions delivered by Training & Development Manager.
• Homework assignments.
• Regular progress assessments.
