Role Overview

On a day-to-day basis, you will service and repair equipment within our range of specialist survey equipment, including Total stations, GNSS, Laser Scanners & Construction lasers from leading manufacturers such as Trimble, Leica, and Topcon.

The role will be based in our manufacturer-approved service centre, where you will maintain our rental fleet and perform customer repairs. You will ensure all work is completed to high standards while keeping accurate service and maintenance records. Effective communication with your Line Manager and Customers is essential to keep everyone informed.

You will work alongside colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and pride in your workplace. Maintaining high standards and complying with company procedures and processes is important.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Prior experience as a Service Technician.
  • Experience with survey equipment is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation, with willingness to undergo training that may require staying overnight occasionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Strong planning, organization, attention to detail, and accuracy.
