Trainee Service Advisor Role:

1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
2. Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer needs for vehicle drop-off.
3. Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
4. Discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work.
5. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer.

About You:

1. MUST have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor within a franchised main dealership.
2. Preferably with a prestige brand experience.
3. Must possess excellent customer handling skills.
4. Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach to work.
5. Must have a valid driving licence.
