Vision For Education is excited to offer this bespoke opportunity to support passionate individuals entering the education sector. We collaborate with client schools to provide successful Trainee SEND Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.
After a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a school to develop your skills. We will assist in shaping your identity as an educator and help you choose your specialist area from EYFS, KS1, KS2 to secondary school and SEND provisions.
About the school
Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
SEND Teaching Assistants are crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs. They also build relationships with staff, children, and families.
The role varies by school. You may support class teachers, run small group interventions, or work one-on-one to meet and support the needs of all children.
Requirements

Salary
