The Role:

• Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
• Clients/Businesses : Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
• Candidates : Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
• Project Management : Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

Aligned to the US market (late start hours):

Mon-Thurs: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Fri: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (early finish)
