butters john bee Estate Agents in Longton is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to learn the estate agency trade with full training and uncapped earning potential. The role offers structured development, a supportive team, and a pathway to promotions within the first year.

You will market properties, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and build relationships with clients, while receiving ongoing training at our dedicated centre and benefiting from generous annual leave and pension provisions.

Qualifications

• Must have access to your own vehicle for property viewings and travel.
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic) required.
• Before starting, provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Market properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and related activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Continue training with guidance from your mentor and manager.
