KFH’s sales negotiator trainee programme is a 6-month placement where determined and driven individuals will learn everything about being a KFH sales negotiator. We seek candidates early in their career—whether taking their first step into property, a graduate eager to learn about sales, or someone seeking a career change from industries like travel or hospitality. Candidates should have excellent service delivery skills and first-rate communication abilities.

This role is branch-based, with dedicated training from the Talent Development team at KFH House, on-the-job training with branch directors, and mentorship across our branch network.
