WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This role is all about customer service. It’s about understanding your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes, and providing them with unrivalled support through property transactions.
You’ll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal formats with various stakeholders. Most importantly, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust.

REQUIREMENTS
And now for the nitty gritty:
The core of this role is customer service and communication. Whether on the phone, in person, or via email, you’ll need to communicate effectively. You should be a great listener and confident problem solver.
We would like to see evidence of you having previously worked successfully in a busy office environment, ideally in a customer service or sales role.
Finally, you’ll be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software and willing to work out of our St. Ives office in Cambridgeshire.
