This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with some customer service or sales experience to begin their estate agency career. The client has experienced significant growth over the past six months.

The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Competitive salary
  • OTE of £20,000 - £30,000
  • Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturdays required with a day in lieu

Requirements for the Trainee Sales Negotiator:

  • Some experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential

Key duties include:

  • Generating leads via calls, emails, and marketing efforts

  • Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Updating all parties, scheduling mortgage appointments and valuations when possible
  • Managing a portfolio of property listings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
