Overview

Are you looking to start an exciting career in property with industry leading training and development?

butters john bee are looking for an ambitious and driven aspiring Estate Agent to join their team in Crewe. If you are passionate and customer focused this could be the perfect role to kickstart your property career.

As an Estate Agent at butters john bee Estate Agents in Crewe, you will receive:

• £25000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at butters john bee Estate Agents in Crewe:

• Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
