Trainee Sales Executive (Agricultural Machinery)

35,000 - 36,000 (OTE 60k) + Training + Hybrid + Progression + Company Vehicle + Commission + Company Benefits

Are you a Trainee Sales Executive or similar with knowledge of / experience working around Agricultural machinery, looking to join an industry leading supplier that will provide full internal and external sales coaching alongside manufacturer training?

On offer is the opportunity to become a fully-fledged Area Sales Manager in a business that will support your ongoing development whilst providing a generous commission package and company vehicle.

Once trained your role will be split into 80% Account Management and 20% New Business, selling agricultural machinery to new and current clients. The role will involve some staying away working across Argyll and the Hebrides.

This company is a trusted and well-established supplier of agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery, delivering high-quality equipment, exceptional service, and expert support to businesses and individuals across Scotland.

The Role

  • 80% Account Management / 20% New Business
  • Covering Argyll and the Hebrides
  • Full internal and external sales & manufacturer training
  • Working from home and on the road
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
