TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE - PROPERTY SALES BUILD YOUR CAREER IN NEW HOME SALES!

Are you passionate about property and eager to develop a rewarding career in sales?My clientare a leading UK home builder and now seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their award-winning sales team south of Norwich.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will:

  • Guide prospective buyers through their home-buying journey
  • Maximise conversion rates from enquiry to reservation using effective selling techniques
  • Maintain sales systems and prepare accurate reports
  • Work proactively with support agents to achieve sales through various schemes including Help to Buy
  • Stay informed about local market conditions, demographics and competitor activity
  • Carry out home demonstrations and maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard
  • Build relationships with project team members to ensure successful outcomes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
