  • Provide daily sales success reports and communicate feedback.

Up to £25,000 per annum D.O.E. Plus Benefits

Our client operates in the manufacturing sector, supplying and manufacturing products for various clients across multiple industry sectors. They are now looking to strengthen their Sales team with the recruitment of an experienced Trainee Sales Executive who will have the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Manager role in the future. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, detail-oriented, and possess good commercial acumen.

  • Potential to earn at least one month’s salary per year as a bonus, subject to performance
Role Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and growing sales with existing customers and key accounts
  2. Supporting the operations team in order fulfilment and assisting with their duties
  3. Resolving customer disputes/issues regarding quality, product shortages, damages, and urgent or late deliveries
  4. Generating leads, contacting prospective customers via phone, email, and visiting them as needed for business development
  5. Preparing and submitting sales reports as required by management
  6. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
  7. Providing daily sales success reports and communicating customer feedback (VOC) to superiors
  8. Demonstrating strong sales management skills in a B2B environment
