Monday to Friday (with a mix of 7:15am and 9am starts depending on school term times)

Salary - £26,000 & Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Hunting for business: Actively calling schools to sell our services and build relationships
  • Sourcing and placing candidates: Finding the best talent for schools and making placements that result in financial rewards for you
  • Target-driven sales: Constantly pushing towards your targets and hitting KPIs with the aim of exceeding them
  • CRM mastery: Becoming an expert in our CRM system to streamline your success
  • Business development: Taking ownership of your pipeline and developing your own client relationships
  • Building a high-performing book of business: Growing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and increased revenue
