Job summary

A well-established main dealer in Crawley is seeking a Trainee / Sales Executive. This role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of over £50,000 and a guaranteed commission for the first three months. You will be responsible for selling vehicles, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Candidates with or without previous experience are encouraged to apply, and full training will be provided.

A growing main dealer in Crawley is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to earn an OTE of £50,000+, enjoy a guaranteed first three months commission, benefit from full training provided, and work in a supportive environment.

Candidates from both motor and non-motor backgrounds are encouraged to apply, this role will be tailored to a trainee or experienced sales executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Selling new and used vehicles
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Candidate Requirements

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £15,000 per annum

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00-17:30; Saturday: 8:00-17:00; Sunday: 10:00-16:00 (1 in 3 Sundays only)
