We are seeking a talented and professional Trainee Sales Executive to play a key part in the continued growth of our Mercedes Benz Dealership in Bridgend, part of the Sinclair Group. If you have prior success in retail sales such as mobile phone, furniture, or similar, we would like to hear from you. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.

Position Details

Position: Trainee Mercedes Benz Sales Executive

Salary: Guaranteed basic salary during training. A company vehicle will be offered upon successful completion of training. As you gain experience, earning potential is between £42k and £45k with uncapped commissions.

Working Hours: 5-day workweek, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis. Rota for early and late finishes will be in place to cover showroom hours.

Full training will be provided, and attendance at courses for skill enhancement is expected.
