Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Stirling is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to support the customer journey from initial contact to car handover. You will help customers with their needs, build ongoing relationships and work within a friendly sales team dedicated to top-tier service.

Successful candidates enter our bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program to develop skills and accelerate career progression within a leading Scottish motor group. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Be self-driven for success.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and professional.
• Organised and able to deliver outstanding service.
• Build natural rapport with customers.
• IT literate and comfortable using modern sales tech.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence (held 12 months+).

Responsibilities

• Support the customer through the entire experience, from first hello to handing over keys.
• Assist customers by understanding needs and building lasting relationships.
• Contribute to a friendly, high-performing sales team in Stirling.
