Job summary

The Atlas Collective in Watford is seeking ambitious individuals for a Trainee Sales Director role. You will receive full training and work on face-to-face campaigns, learning to build rapport, present products, and close sales. Progression is based on performance, attitude and results, with ongoing coaching.

Location is Watford; the role is office-based, permanent and commission-focused with an OTE of £25k–£35k plus uncapped commissions. Immediate start for high-potential candidates.

Qualifications

• No previous sales experience required.
• Strong drive to succeed and develop commercial skills.
• Able to learn quickly and take ownership of development.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Start conversations confidently and build rapport with new customers.
• Present products and services effectively and handle objections.
• Generate and close sales while meeting individual and team targets.
• Analyse performance and identify areas to improve.
