The Atlas Collective in Watford is looking for ambitious graduates to join our team as Graduate Sales & Marketing Executives. You’ll start where great sales leaders learn the business: face-to-face with customers, then be trained and coached with progression into team leadership as results grow.

We offer full training from day one, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path into management. Join a diverse, collaborative team with development opportunities and easy access from London via train.

Formación

• Recent graduates in any subject or equivalent drive and experience.
• Confident, personable communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
• Competitive, goal-driven and resilient.

Responsabilidades

• Represent leading UK brands at events, retail locations, and public venues across Watford and Hertfordshire.
• Speak with customers face to face, understand their needs, and recommend products and services.
• Turn conversations into new customers and help hit campaign targets.
• Learn how campaigns are planned, measured, and improved.
• As you progress, coach new team members and support campaign management.
• Take part in regular training on sales, marketing, communication, and leadership.
