Our client is an exciting start-up sales consultancy working within the Technology sector.
Awesome mentors and managers who will offer outstanding training and development for the right person looking to kick-start a genuine career in IT Sales. From a £25-30k base, a genuine £40-50k is achievable in Year 1 with an uncapped commission structure.
A typical day will involve making 60-80 outbound business-to-business calls at the C-level to generate interest, opportunities, and meetings on behalf of technology vendors.
This position offers a hybrid working model: 3 days in the Fleet office (typically Tue/Wed and Thurs) and Monday and Fridays working from home.
Confidence, ambition, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a curious approach, a drive to be successful, resilience, and the understanding that every 'No' gets you closer to a 'Yes.'
Month 1 will focus on training and development, making those first important calls, understanding the role, handling objections, and using the GTM strategy tools.
Month 2 will be the lift-off, providing the chance for you to book your first appointment and secure your first commission paycheck, learning from every call with the support of a hands-on mentor and experienced SDRs while developing your pitch, knowledge, and approach.
Month 3 will involve pushing yourself to meet your first full monthly target and applying what you've learned to make a name for yourself.
