Trainee Sales & Customer Service Representative
Due to expansion and company growth, our client is seeking a Sales Trainee to join their Internal Sales team. You will be working within a lively and vibrant office!

This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective interaction with staff and clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Answering customers' questions
  2. Processing orders
  3. Handling customer inquiries
  4. Collaborating with other departments
  5. Taking ownership of customer issues
  6. Building customer relationships
  7. Providing customer support
  8. Utilising historical records, contacts and databases to generate sales leads effectively
  9. Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately
