Job Title: Trainee Sales Consultant

Location: Headington, Oxford

Salary: up to £25,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Trainee Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close

Skills required:

  • At least six months to one year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
