If so, continue reading as Vantage Consulting are hiring for Trainee Consultants to join our growing recruitment teams in Stafford!

The Role

As the successful Trainee Consultant, you will act as a salesperson to both clients looking to expand their teams and candidates looking for new opportunities.

You will learn to identify your customers needs, understand their staffing requirements and close deals, managing the end to end recruitment process within a specialist engineering market.

You can expect to:

  • Assess job specs and create adverts
  • Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
  • Manage interview processes and negotiate offers
  • Manage relationships with existing candidates and clients
  • Engage with and sell our services to new businesses

About You

To be successful for the role of Trainee Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
