What is the role?

We are recruiting for a Trainee Sales Advisor to join our growing Sales Team in West Scotland. As a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll receive full training and support to develop your skills and become an expert in selling beautiful, newly built homes. You'll learn industry insights while helping people find their dream homes.

Please note that Persimmon Homes Sales Advisors, including Trainees, work Thursday to Monday.

The role will include:

• Assist customers in understanding the available properties and developments
• Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits and features of new homes
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
• Build relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service at every step
• Learn about the sales process and progress towards becoming a fully-fledged New Homes Sales Advisor

What we need from you

• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for property and sales
• Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
• Availability to work Thursday to Monday
