Job Description: Trainee Residential Surveyor 2024, Plymouth

LSL Property Services Plc is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the 2024 Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme in Plymouth, UK. This role is ideal for those passionate about property and aiming to achieve RICS accreditation.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in a comprehensive training programme covering various property types and scenarios.
• Engaging with mentorship schemes and gaining practical experience in residential surveying.
• Supporting the company's commitment to personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

• RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with relevant work experience, or
• HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with relevant experience, or
• Over 4 years of industry experience.

Locations for 2024 include:

• North: North Tyneside, Newcastle, Darlington, Harrogate, Carlisle, West Cumbria, Sheffield, Rotherham, Hull, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Bradford, Liverpool, Warrington, Halifax, Berwick or Northumberland.
• South, Midlands and Wales: Cornwall, Croydon, Plymouth, Birmingham, Cheshire, Milton Keynes, Llandrindod Wells, Aberystwyth, Walsall, Swansea, Oxford, Northampton, Brighton or Eastbourne, Reigate, North or North West London, Maidstone, Mayfair or Chelsea.
• Northern Ireland and Scotland: Omagh, Derry or Londonderry, Ballymena, Banbridge, Belfast.

We also welcome applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
