Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are seeking aspiring residential surveyors to join our 2024 trainee programme in Omagh. Our comprehensive training offers exposure to diverse property types, supported by a mentoring scheme. Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation, with a strong knowledge of residential building pathology.

The criteria include:

• A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
• A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree plus at least two years of relevant experience.
• Over four years of relevant experience.

Locations for 2024 include Omagh, Derry, Belfast, and other areas across the UK.

We welcome applications from candidates with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
