Program Overview

We are passionate about inspiring the next generation of property experts through a comprehensive training program that exposes trainees to various property types and scenarios, supported by an established mentoring scheme.

Candidate Eligibility

To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over four years of relevant experience.

Additional Qualifications
