Job Profile: Trainee Residential Surveyor Programme

We are now inviting applications for our January 2023 intake of trainees. It’s a good time to become a surveyor, and an even better time to join us.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the trainee programme, you should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry-relevant work experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant industry experience.

Additional Eligibility: We are also interested in applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
