Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme in the UK. The role trains you to become a Residential Surveyor through mentoring and classroom learning.

Eligible candidates may qualify with a mix of experience and RICS qualifications, including the SAVA Diploma. The programme offers practical hands-on surveying and progression toward full professional status.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience paired with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of relevant experience with a RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
• 4 years of relevant experience (no qualification) such as energy assessments or property management.

Responsibilities

• Shadowing mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations.
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
• Learn to interpret data, analyse property details and produce reports.
• Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software.
