Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme in Cambridge. Trainees learn between mentoring on real inspections and classroom sessions to develop practical surveying skills and professional reporting capabilities.

The programme blends hands-on experience with virtual and workshop learning, preparing you to qualify as a Residential Surveyor with strong data analysis and software skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience + RICS‑accredited bachelor’s degree
• 2 years relevant experience + RICS‑accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
• 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), e.g. domestic energy assessment or property management
• SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation completed welcomed

Responsibilities

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
• Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
• Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software

We also welcome candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation.
