Qualifications

  • Possession of a full, valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Support installations of ceiling track hoists and community equipment.
  • Ensure safe and professional removal of hoists and stairlifts.
  • Conduct scheduled repairs or escalate for replacements as needed.
  • Maintain van stock and accurately log used parts.
  • Provide outstanding service and support to vulnerable users.

What the role involves
  • Supporting installations of ceiling track hoists and community equipment in homes and other locations
  • Safe and professional removal of hoists and stairlifts, ensuring all equipment is logged and processed in line with procedure
  • Carrying out scheduled repairs, or escalating for replacements when needed
  • Maintaining van stock and logging used parts accurately
  • Delivering outstanding service and support to vulnerable service users
What we’re looking for
  • Background in carpentry, electronics or engineering – a relevant qualification is a bonus
  • Previous experience in a quality-driven, ISO9002 environment is ideal
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused approach
  • A full, valid UK Driving Licence is essential
