Network Plus is recruiting a Trainee Reinstatement Operative in Fazakerley to learn on-the-job while restoring roads, footpaths and surfaces after utility works. The role offers practical site experience, teamwork and long-term career development within the utilities sector.

Ideal candidates are reliable, willing to learn, and committed to safety. A full UK driving license is essential to drive to sites and perform reinstatement tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Learning how to safely reinstate roads, footpaths and other surfaces after utility works.
• Preparing work areas, mixing and laying materials, compacting surfaces and completing finished reinstatement work.
• Supporting safe site set-up, including signing, guarding and keeping work areas tidy.
• Using hand tools, equipment and small plant safely under supervision.
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality work for customers and local communities.
