Job summary

Autograph Recruitment in Chepstow is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a supportive team. You will learn how to find talented candidates, build relationships, and help people secure their next opportunity.

Autograph Recruitment is growing, and we re looking for a confident and motivated person to join our friendly Chepstow team.

No previous recruitment experience is required. You may currently work in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or administration or perhaps you re a graduate looking to begin a rewarding commercial career.

What matters most is that you enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable picking up the phone and have the determination to succeed.

You ll receive full training and support while learning how to find talented candidates, build strong relationships and help people secure their next opportunity. As your experience grows, you ll have the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role and benefit from uncapped commission.

What will you be doing?

• Finding candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and our database

• Speaking with candidates about their experience and career goals

• Interviewing and registering new candidates

• Writing and advertising vacancies
