The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process, including:

  • Client acquisition & relationship building: actively seek out new clients, pitch your services, and become their go-to hiring partner. Network, cold-call, and build long-term relationships.
  • Candidate sourcing & screening: use methods like database searches, networking, referrals, and direct approaches to find top candidates. Assess resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to roles.
  • Offer negotiation & placement: act as the intermediary between clients and candidates, negotiating offers and addressing concerns.
  • Market research & insights: stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Job promotion: create compelling job ads, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract talent.
