An exciting opportunity has arisen here with us at Jago Consultants. We are looking to expand our recruitment team and have a vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us.

This role involves joining a well-established, fun, and hardworking team, where you will have the opportunity to recruit for existing clients and help win new business.

The type of person we are looking for:

This job is exciting, fast-paced, and will challenge you daily. You will need a CAN-DO attitude with a strong work ethic. You should be passionate, ambitious, money-motivated, and driven to succeed.

Ideally, we want to speak to people with experience in: Sales, Estate Agency, Outbound Call Center, Insurance Sales, or Office Sales Environment.

Day-to-day you will learn to:

  • Source candidates through headhunting and networking on sites such as our CRM, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Discuss and take job orders from clients.
  • Write and post job adverts.
  • Arrange interviews for candidates and liaise with them during this process.
  • Make job offers to suitable candidates and handle rejections.
  • Build relationships with existing and future clients.
