The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

With the banks turning back on and the economy getting back to normal, the Financial Services recruitment space is absolutely booming. We are working with a firm that is looking to onboard 8 individuals to join their team in the New Year.

You will be working alongside industry experts who have developed an award-winning training programme which has enabled consultants to earn upwards of £50k in their first year. You’ll also be working alongside a management team who have all climbed the ladder from where you will start.

Your focus will be on sourcing tech professionals for the financial space (Investment Banks and Hedge Funds), so you’ll be working with very high fees in both the UK and the US, meaning more commission for you!

  • Starting salary of £28k which rises to £32k by your first promotion

  • OTE in year one of £50k, year two of £70k, year three of £90k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Researching, outreaching, and pitching your services to potential new clients
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
  • Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
  • Interviewing candidates and following any leads
  • Managing the interview process from initial scheduling to negotiating the best package for them
  • Handling any reservations and ensuring both clients and candidates are properly advised on market conditions
  • Consistently working towards individual and team targets
