Working within a full 360 recruitment model, youll benefit from hands-on training delivered by a highly experienced leadership team. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and developing new client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs, and sourcing top-tier candidates through strategic advertising, direct headhunting, and an established talent network.

The Benefits- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27.5k base salary which increases to £30k after first promotion which is typically seen in the first 6 months
- £45k OTE
- Commission structure that goes all the way up to 40% with no threshold, allowing you to earn off everything you bill
- Transparent career progression from day 1, with a pathway all the way up to director
- Great retention rate, with many of the directors beginning as trainees themselves

- Exceptional training programme delivered by their L&D trainer, who provides training all throughout your career not just at the beginning
- WFH opportunities once youve completed training, which is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Build and maintain relationships with tech clients and candidates
- Source and screen candidates through headhunting, job boards, and networking
- Write and manage job adverts to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement
- Negotiate offers and close hires
- Track market trends and stay up to date on hiring activity
- Work towards target with support from experienced mentors
The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Hardworking and results driven individuals
- Degree educated or relevant experience in sales, consulting etc
- Competitive and driven individual. A background in sports and competitive hobbies is highly desirable but not essential
- Financially motivated with a strong desire to earn big
- Confident, articulate, and persuasive communicator
