The Role

As a 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation. You'll play a key role in matching top-tier professionals with game-changing scientific organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Life Sciences sector
  • Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates
  • Manage job postings, market mapping, and candidate pipelines
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
