We’re hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performance London office. You’ll receive world-class, hands-on training from our Directors and top billers — not just to get you started, but to fast-track you to success. Please note: This is a fully office-based role in our central London HQ (Mon-Fri). If you're looking for remote or hybrid, this won’t be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mastering the full 360 recruitment cycle with a focus on candidate sourcing and placement
• Writing and posting attention-grabbing job ads
• Building talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting
• Developing strong candidate relationships through strategic selling
• Presenting candidate shortlists to Account Managers with commercial insight
• Owning your desk and building your business within the Explore brand

What We're Looking For:

• Sales mindset – You thrive in a KPI/target-based environment
• Background in sales/business development (estate agents, telesales, SDRs, brokers etc.)
• Charisma, resilience, and unshakeable confidence on the phone
• Commercially sharp – you know how to pitch, persuade, and close
• You want to win big, and you’re willing to put in the work to get there
