Job Description:

WAYMAN Education is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly expanding recruitment company.

We aim to become the premier national educational recruitment company within 3 years. Join our Wayman family, where we have a work-hard, play-hard attitude, micro-incentives, an end-of-year overseas trip, and an unparalleled commission structure.

We seek committed and resilient individuals willing to work long hours and provide top service to teachers and staff. From day one, you'll work directly with a director and receive comprehensive training. Our culture emphasizes mutual success, sharing candidate pools, and avoiding internal politics.

This role involves managing several boroughs, servicing clients and candidates, and covering all aspects of recruitment, including registration, interviews, negotiations, advertising, and placement across various employment types.

Expect to work 50–60 hours weekly, with after-hours availability. We offer above-market compensation through our commission structure. Typical working hours are 8 am to 6 pm, ending at 5 pm on Fridays. During half-term and summer, hours are reduced to 9 am–3:30 pm.

No prior qualifications are required; attitude is key. We value team players committed to personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

Resilient, motivated, entrepreneurial, results-driven, confident speakers. Evidence of:

  • handling multiple priorities
  • problem-solving
  • time management and organization
  • creativity

What is on offer:

  • Uncapped commission
  • Brand new offices
  • All expenses paid VIP trips
  • Weekly and monthly incentives (lunch clubs, vouchers, nights out)
  • Team social events

Key success factors: personality and drive.
