WAYMAN Education is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly expanding recruitment company.
We aim to be the premier national educational recruitment company within 3 years. This is an opportunity to be part of our success story and join our Wayman family. We have a work hard, play hard attitude with micro-incentives and an end-of-year overseas trip, alongside an unparalleled commission structure.
We seek committed and resilient individuals who are prepared to work long hours and serve our teachers and staff at the highest level. From day one, you'll work directly with a director and receive first-hand training. Our culture emphasizes success together, sharing candidate pools, and having no internal politics.
You will manage several boroughs, servicing them as your own business within our organization. This 360-recruitment role involves engaging with candidates and clients to meet their specific needs, including registering candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating, advertising, and recruiting for schools on a daily, temporary, and permanent basis.
The role requires availability after hours, with successful consultants often working 50–60 hours per week. While we offer above-market compensation within our commission structure, resilience and perseverance are essential. Typical working hours are from 8 am to around 6 pm, ending at 5 pm on Fridays.
We operate 195 days a year, with reduced hours during half-term and summer breaks (9 am to 3:30 pm).
No prior qualifications are necessary; we value the right attitude above all. We seek team players who are committed and eager to develop skills for an excellent financial package and personal growth.
