Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to build a US-focused desk from the ground up. You will be trained in a high-performance environment with uncapped commission and a defined progression path from entry level to Director.

You will source and qualify candidates, win client business, and run end-to-end recruitment processes, developing into a market specialist for the US desk.

Salary: 26,000 + Uncapped Commission Industry-Leading Training Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday-Friday (Early Finish Fridays)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working across the US Market, you'll build a specialist desk, speak to candidates and clients daily, and learn to win business, negotiate and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys pace and competition, with uncapped commission and genuine long-term progression.
