TRM is currently partnering with a Buy Side Financial Services Executive Search business and is looking to add one trainee to its team.

The Company

• Technology & Financial Services Recruitment firm
• Working with some of the largest Hedge Funds in New York
• Currently 11 people based near London Bridge
• Regular trips to New York
• Annual company trips abroad

The Role

• Partnering with some of New York's largest Hedge Funds to headhunt highly skilled tech professionals and place them into client roles
• Working with candidates earning salaries often exceeding six figures, working with the top 1% of workers in New York

The Opportunity

• Headhunting candidates from competitor Hedge Funds and major tech firms such as Facebook, Amazon, etc.
• Selling job opportunities to candidates
• Client meetings in New York (this will become part of your role)
