The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process, from start to finish:
• Client acquisition & relationship building: Actively seek out new clients, pitch your services, and become their go-to partner for hiring needs. You’ll network, cold-call, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidate sourcing & screening: Use a range of methods—database searches, networking, referrals, and direct approaches—to find the best candidates. Assess resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to job requirements.
• Offer negotiation & placement: Be the bridge between clients and candidates, negotiating offers and addressing any concerns.
• Market research & insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
• Job promotion: Create compelling job ads, utilising job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
