Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment - The Role:

You’ll join as a Trainee Consultant, where you will be given step by step training on how to run and manage your own candidate and client portfolio. You will begin as a Resourcer where you will be responsible for managing the candidate process, before moving onto the client side of recruitment, and establishing yourself as a full 360 recruiter.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment - The Requirements:

• Good academics - 2:2 or above from University OR commercial exp.
• Strong work ethic shown by work experience, internships and extra-curricular activity
• Competitive nature - sporting background is ideal but not necessary
• Ambitious and driven
• Money motivated and the desire to be the best
• Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels
• Commercially minded
