The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Based in the centre of London, this company has started up an impressive new company in the Tech space. With expansion to the US market in just a year of development, they have already doubled in size and are looking for some fresh faces to add value to their team. With their top biller billing 6 figures, they want highly motivated individuals to thrive in the industry and bring in some unique new clients for their business. As the tech space continues to grow and expand competitively, they want to become the leading tech recruitment firm within the next 5 years.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • 40% commission with no threshold
  • 26k base salary with the ability to negotiate depending on experience
  • Quarterly socials – team parties, drinks, dinners and city breaks
  • OTE in year one is £55k, year two is £70k, and year three is £100k+
  • 1-2 days to work from home once promoted
  • 25 days holiday + office closure during Christmas/New Year
  • Annual holiday incentive to incredible destinations such as Barbados and New York
  • Clear career progression with the ability to be promoted in 6 months
