This position is within the delivery team at Kepler Search. You will perform recruitment duties mainly focusing on candidate search and management, and also provide lead generation to the 360 team.

Responsibilities

• CRM usage
• Learning compliance and right-to-work processes
• Understanding the market
• Setting up contractors
• Quarterly market presentation to management

Promotion Criteria

• Ability to perform the tasks of a delivery consultant independently with autonomy and confidence
• Demonstrate readiness during reviews to carry out tasks of a Senior Delivery Consultant
• Ability to detect market intelligence and generate leads from candidates
• Strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
