The Company You Will Join Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Fast paced sales role headhunt, cold call, advertise and negotiate
• Focus on the Tech space, specifically AI and Cloud
• Placing Senior and C-suite professionals into Hedge Funds and Private Equity
• Average fee sizes of 75k with a 40% commission structure, you will be taking home a good chunk of this
• Top billers are doing 800k+
• Based in Bank, London
• Founded in 2018 and already tripled in size due to workload, with 30 heads at the moment, and hoping to add 3 more for a September start

• 28k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted
